Award Winning Media Room
We were thrilled to collaborate with CINEMAWORKS on an exceptional project in the idyllic South West of England. The client had a vision for a modern media room that would provide a striking contrast to their beautiful cottage. To bring this vision to life, we designed and installed two screens - a large 65" OLED for everyday viewing and a stunning 2.8m motorized screen that elegantly drops down from custom cabinetry for an immersive movie-watching experience.
From concept to completion, we partnered with CINEMAWORKS to deliver a comprehensive turnkey solution. Our scope of work included lighting design, AV design, custom cabinetry design, and full installation, including first fix and electrical work. The project was not limited to the reference-level media room, which served as the central hub of the system. We extended the AV system to three additional rooms, all fed by a video matrix located within the custom cabinetry. We integrated everything into a sophisticated control system that seamlessly ties into the client's existing SONOS setup, providing a simple and user-friendly control experience via lighting keypads, smartphones, or remotes.
Thanks to our attention to detail and innovative design, this project earned us the coveted 2018 CEDIA Award for Best Media Room.
